Terms and Conditions

I. General terms

  • Please provide clear description and references before i start working on commission for the best result

  • Please keep this in mind that i am a student so i apologize for any late responds or delivery mistakes

  • Any violation to the terms and conditions will be blacklisted

II. Payment

  • All commission payment must be paid full beforehand

  • Payment can be waited for at least 3 days before i start working on your commission, more than that i will consider that as a cancellation

  • The payment cannot be refunded by any conditions

III. Process

  • The commissioner will be informed about the start date and the finish time estimation. And the commissioner will be informed ASAP if there's any problem or delay due to unwanted circumstances.

  • Revisions are allowed only after sketch and after lineart. After the final result finished, the commissioner cannot do any revisions except for a minor revisions (example : color/shadow/lighting adjustment)

  • The commissioner will get both watermarked and non-watermark artwork via google drive link

IV. Copyright / Usage Policy

  • The commissioner are not allowed to claim the artwork as their own

  • The artist still hold every rights of the artworks, including for social media and portfolio

  • The artworks cannot be used for NFTs or any cryptocurrency purposes

  • Commission with commercial rights are allowed to use the artworks for personal use or any profitable actions (selling prints, streams purposes, etc) except for NTFs and cryptocurrency purposes

  • Commission without commercial rights are allowed to use the artworks for personal use such as distribution to social media, gifts, non-profitable media, etc

  • OCs

  • Fanarts

  • Slight gore (minor blood)

  • Slight nsfw/suggestive

  • Character design

  • Pngtuber (more detail on dm)

  • Emotes (more detail on dm)

Won't do :

  • Mecha/Armor

  • NFSW

  • Furry

  • Realism

  • Gore
